gradle: smack-omemo(-signal) add description, remove plugins As those plugins are already configured by the projects root build.gradle file, there is no need to apply them again.

Add OMEMO support This commit adds the modules smack-omemo and smack-omemo-signal. smack-omemo is licensed under the Apache license like the rest of the smack project. smack-omemo-signal on the other hand is licensed under the GPLv3. Introduce test fixtures This also removes the powermock dependency. Although powermock is a fine library, it currently prevents dropping Junit4. And since we only use the Whitebox API of powermock, this simply replaced powermock's Whitebox with our own.
