Move 'new MXParser()' in try/catch block

aSmack replaces 'new MXParser()' with
'XmlPullParserFactory.newInstance().newPullParser()' which can throw a
XmlPullParserException. In order to build aSmack, we need to move the
'new MXParser()' within a try/catch block.
