Fix SASL EXTERNAL with client cert provided JID

isAnonymous() is now a bit weakened since it also considers
allowNullorEmptyUsername.

SaslExternalMechanism of smack-sasl-provided now also doesn't throw an
UnsupportedOperationException.

Follow up on 7e4e3699a1
