8be1568a5d Increase performance of EnhancedDebugger 
When using the Enhanced Debugger, a UI application is very noticably slow, especially around establishing a new
session. Profiling shows that much of the overhead is caused by XMPP-data being added to the text areas that are
on the "raw sent packets" and "raw received packets" tabs of the debugger.

This commit improves performance (considerably) by:
- properly limiting the amount of lines in those text areas (this was intended but broken in the old implementation)
- buffering data to be added in batches, to reduce the amount of invocations to JTextChat.append()

As an aside: some newline-based formatting was removed. As the provided data is now already formatted, retaining that
did not make much sense anymore.

0a8da1a07f SMACK-908: Don't use components to count tabs in Debugger 
Although the amount of components in a JTabbedPane apparently is often equal to the amount of tabs in it, that need not be the case.

65576cf3c2 Rework XML Element hierarchy and XmlStringBuilder 
- Reduce the amount of types that are subtypes of NamedElement. See
javadoc of NamedElement for rationale.
- Work more with XmlEnvironment in XmlStringBuilder.
- Some minor changes to XmlStringBuilder API.

e98d42790a SmackReactor/NIO, Java8/Android19, Pretty print XML, FSM connections 
This commit adds
- SmackReactor / NIO
- a framework for finite state machine connections
- support for Java 8
- pretty printed XML debug output

It also
- reworks the integration test framework
- raises the minimum Android API level to 19
- introduces XmppNioTcpConnection

Furthermore fixes SMACK-801 (at least partly). Java 8 language
features are available, but not all runtime library methods. For that
we would need to raise the Android API level to 24 or higher.

ef0af66b21 Enfore spaces for indentation 
Although I'm in the tabs camp, Smack uses mostly spaces. Therefore it
is the logical choice for the indentation style.

717090d272 Rework incoming packet listeners and Roster 
Differentiate between asynchronous and synchronous ones. Asynchronous
are the ones where the invocation order may not be the same as the order
in which the stanzas arrived.

Since it's no longer guaranteed that when a unit test calls

processPacket(stanza)

the stanza will be completely processed when the call returns, it was
necessary to extend the unit tests (mostly Roster and ChatManager) with
a packet listener that waits for his invocation. Since we now also use
LinkedHashMaps as Map for the packet listeners (SMACK-531, SMACK-424),
adding a packet listeners as last also means that it will be called as
last. We exploit this behavior change now in the unit tests.

Rename 'recvListeners' to 'syncRecvListeners' in AbstractXMPPConnection.

Rename 'rosterInitialized' to 'loaded' in Roster.

Add Roster.isLoaded().

Reset 'loaded' to false in
Roster.setOfflinePresencesAndResetLoaded() (was setOfflinePresences()).
