Improve Roster, RosterEntry and RosterGroup
...
Use final where possible, add javadoc. Fix duplicate comment in
Roster.
Use createPacketCollectorAndSend(packet).nextResultOrThrow when
possible, and only set the entry name if the IQ set is successful.

new smack-im subproject.
Apply Manager pattern to Roster.
