[core] Fix ErrorIQ not showing potential original IQ child
...
Also delete StanzaIdTest since the test was fundamentally weak and
flawed. It does not work anyway, since TestIQ has a fixed stanza ID.
Fixes SMACK-931.

[core] Move IqData construction API to the right place

AbstractIqBuilder is the wrong place for those methods, they belong in
IqData.

[disco/caps] Fix DiscoverInfo.asBuilder()

The method would not copy the extensions elements, which would lead to
a false calculation of the caps hash by EntityCapsManager.
