Introduce test fixtures
...
This also removes the powermock dependency. Although powermock is a
fine library, it currently prevents dropping Junit4. And since we only
use the Whitebox API of powermock, this simply replaced powermock's
Whitebox with our own.

Add OMEMO support
...
This commit adds the modules smack-omemo and smack-omemo-signal.
smack-omemo is licensed under the Apache license like the rest of the smack project.
smack-omemo-signal on the other hand is licensed under the GPLv3.
Due to the fact, that smack-omemo is not of much use without smack-omemo-signal,
the OMEMO feature can currently only be used by GPLv3 compatible software.
This may change in the future, when a more permissively licensed module becomes available.
Fixes SMACK-743.

Although I'm in the tabs camp, Smack uses mostly spaces. Therefore it
is the logical choice for the indentation style.

Add checkstyle rule for StringBuilder.append(char)
...
And replace all instances where String.Builder.append() is called with a
String of length one with append(char).
Also adds StringUtils.toStringBuilder(Collection, String).

Substitute MXParser with a call to XmlPullParserFactory
...
This makes Smack more portable, as there are platforms that support the
XmlPullParser interface, but not MXParser (e.g. Android).
Also enable checkstyle check that MXParser is not used.

Normalize newlines to '\n'

Change all \r\n into unix style newlines. Add missing newlines at the
end of a file and activate the newline checkstyle module, that enforces
'\n' as newline and a newline at the end of every file.

Delete also all "All rights reserved" statements, as they are
unnecessary and conflict with checkstyle's header check. Delete unused
imports.
