Florian Schmaus	cc636fff21	Introduce Smack's Modular Connection Architecture This is a complete redesign of what was previously XmppNioTcpConnection. This is a complete redesign of what was previously
XmppNioTcpConnection. The new architecture allows to extend an XMPP
