FileTransfer would previously not change the status, even though an
exception has been set, leading users to believe that the transfer is
still ongoing, when it is not.
This fixes an inconsistent representation of a 'no error' representation, that
causes a file transfer in which not enough bytes were transferred to _not_ be
marked as having a problem.
let's use the standard idiom for Input- to OutputStream transfers. This
also avoids an initial no-op on the first write, when the count is '0'.
Also fixes a bug when the size of file/stream transferred is '0' (which
is perfectly fine and possible).
instead of using the old baseName=smack appendix=project.name approach,
we are now going convention over configuration and renaming the
subprojects directories to the proper name.
Having a prefix is actually very helpful, because the resulting
libraries will be named like the subproject. And a core-4.0.0-rc1.jar is
not as explicit about what it actually *is* as a
smack-core-4.0.0-rc1.jar.
