afa42a8b41 Remove TODO:method should not throw any exception but currently does 
`mgr.getNode(...)` method is not supposed to throw any type
of exception. It threw two kinds of exceptions: `NotConnectedException`
and `SmackException`.
By using `ThreadedDummyConnection.newInstance()` method,
`NotConnectedException` can be removed. And `SmackException`
can be removed by correctly building the DiscoverInfo packet.

77e26fc575 Re-work data form API 
Apply builder pattern to form fields and replace getVariable() with
getFieldName(). Refer to the field name as "field name" instead of
"variable" everyone, just as XEP-0004 does.

Improve the high-level form API: introduce FilledForm and FillableForm
which perform stronger validation and consistency checks.

Also add FormFieldRegistry to enable processing of 'submit' forms
where the form field types are omitted.

Smack also now does omit the form field type declaration on 'submit'
type forms, as it is allowed by XEP-0004.

4133eb175c Replace XPP3 by XmlPullParser interface wrapping StAX and XPP3 
Introducing Smack's own XmlPullParser interface which tries to stay as
compatible as possible to XPP3. The interface is used to either wrap
StAX's XMLStreamReader if Smack is used on Java SE, and XPP3's
XmlPullParser if Smack is used on on Android.

Fixes SMACK-591.

Also introduce JUnit 5 and non-strict javadoc projects.

Although I'm in the tabs camp, Smack uses mostly spaces. Therefore it

4698805a34 Rename 'Packet' class to 'Stanza' 
Smack still uses the term 'Packet' in some places. This is just the

bb8dcc9874 Add IQ request handler API 
This also moves the logic to send error IQ replies from "when there is
no IQ provider registerd" to "when there is no IQ request handler
registered". Which has for example the advantage that IQ parsing no
longer asks for a connection instance.

Those were broken since 9e797c1b17 as they
always used the basic PubSub namespace, i.e. without a fragment. Which
resulted in e.g. delete requests look like

c81cd34561 Apply builder pattern to ConnectionConfiguration 
Introducing a clean split between the constant connection configuration
parameters, which are now all in ConnectionConfiguration and the dynamic
connection state (e.g. hostAddresses) which are now in
AbstractXMPPConnection.

Also removed all arguments of login() since the username, password,
resource and callback handler need now to be configured via
ConnectionConfiguration.

Also remove documentation/extensions/messageevents.md, as it's already
in documentation/legacy

f671b9e781 Use CharSequence instead of String in parseContent() 
and parseContentDepth(). This also means that the type of some fields
changed from String to CharSequence.

Also add Matcher for CharSequences.

3647a7fce5 Improve parsing. Add method for de-serializing Strings 
Move some duplicate code from XMPP(TCP|BOSH)Connection to
PacketParserUtils. Remove TestUtils as the method now part of Smack's
public API in PacketParserUtils.
