Florian Schmaus e98d42790a SmackReactor/NIO, Java8/Android19, Pretty print XML, FSM connections
This commit adds
- SmackReactor / NIO
- a framework for finite state machine connections
- support for Java 8
- pretty printed XML debug output

It also
- reworks the integration test framework
- raises the minimum Android API level to 19
- introduces XmppNioTcpConnection

Furthermore fixes SMACK-801 (at least partly). Java 8 language
features are available, but not all runtime library methods. For that
we would need to raise the Android API level to 24 or higher.

Florian Schmaus a19181ce04 Make XMPPConnection.schedule() protected
This method was never intended to be part of the public API. It's also
critical that the given Runnables complete within a reasonable
time frame so that they don't block following ones.

Florian Schmaus 91fd15ad86 Prefix subprojects with 'smack-'
instead of using the old baseName=smack appendix=project.name approach,
we are now going convention over configuration and renaming the
subprojects directories to the proper name.

Having a prefix is actually very helpful, because the resulting
libraries will be named like the subproject. And a core-4.0.0-rc1.jar is
not as explicit about what it actually *is* as a
smack-core-4.0.0-rc1.jar.
