Florian Schmaus b54d133b36 Add MultiUserChatManager 
apply the Manager pattern to 'muc'. This prevents the user creating
multiple MultiUserChat instances for the same MUC.

Move the static method from MultiUserChat to MultiUserChatManager.

Also add AbstractNodeInformationProvider.
