Florian Schmaus 978f692eb0 Use XmlStringBuilder in most toXML() bodies
Also change StringUtils.escapeForXML() and Packet.toXML() to return
CharSequence instead of String. XmlStringBuilder now has 'optX' methods.

Remove XmlUtils in favor of XmlStringBuilder
